The current trend in education is to move away from traditional methods of covering contents and to concentrate on processes that lead to learning and discovering of knowledge. This study proposes a set of principles that were inspired by reflecting on one of the greatest Traditions of the Prophet Muhammad, known as the ‘Hadith of Jabra’il’ (Gabriel). The learning model used within a blended teaching environment consists of face-to-face and online learning activities. The model was used for assisting adult students to attain a systemic thinking for understanding two subjects in information systems. This article is based on a qualitative research method to portray a personal reflection and experience on the teaching philosophy which has a positive impact on the lives of the students.

ER -
